I am looking for someone to help me write unique and creative business
ideas. Each idea should be about 400 - 700 words each and should
include the business idea name, how to market the idea, anticipated
income of the business and an example of the business. I need at
least 100 of these ideas and am willing to pay $5.00 for each one
submitted. They can be typed in Word and emailed to me. Anyone know
where I can get a creative writer to help me with this? I am not
allowed to post my contact info here I don't think.
Here is a sample of one I just finished to give you an idea.

Child Care Referral Business.

Child Care is a highly competitive, yet an extremely important
service. When both parents are working, they need to find a highly
qualified, reasonably priced child care provider. Often times parents
don't know who they can trust, where day care facilities are located,
or who has the best deal. The outcome from all of this uncertainty is
a great business opportunity.
To begin, all you have to do is research any/all child care providers
in your city. Create a 3 ring binder with a page for each provider. On
each page, find out as many details from each provider as you can such
as:

Name
Company Name
Address
Rates
Hours of Operation
Part of town (NE, W, SW, etc)
Print out a map to the facility
References of past clients with their contact info
Agenda/Events, etc
Number of children per care taker
An even better idea is to setup a website that will let parents search
through your research easily for a small access fee.

How to profit from this service:

Charge Child Care Providers to be listed in your directory - $50 per
month per provider is a reasonable advertising fee (free for parents
to review)

Child Care Providers get listed for free and charge parents a one time
fee to read through your listings. $10 would be very reasonable
considering the time you would be saving parents

Both 1 & 2 combined
If you choose option 3, and had just 20 Child Care Providers paying
you $50 per month and 150 parents using your service each month (both
reasonable estimates) you would be making about $2,500 per month.
Placing some classified ads, Internet ads, flyers and bulletin boards
should get you all the clients you can handle. Talking with parents at
local parks and by joining parenting groups is another good way to
market this type of business.
