I need the number of banks in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece,
Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria,
Portugal, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom and Israel. I also need the market
shares of the 5 largest banks (as a % of total assets) in these
countries.  The number of local units (branches) of the banks and the
number of employees of the banks (it mite be easier to find this data
per 1,000 inhabitants).
