Morningside --

A guy by the name of Kevin Bumbaco keeps an interesting collection of
baseball-related information on his William & Mary College site,
including the list of potential free agents at the end of this
baseball season:
Baseball Roster Central
"2004-2005 Potential Free Agents" (Bumbaco, undated)
http://kmbumb.people.wm.edu/05agency.html

Lots of people track the free agents and Peter Gammons did an
interesting commentary on free agents in 2003 AND 2004 in late
November:
ESPN.com
"Strong Crop of Free Agents to Fill up '04-'05 Classes" (Gammons, Nov. 27, 2003)
http://espn.go.com/gammons/s/2002/1127/1467898.html

The lists and commentary also appear at many of the fan sites. For
example, you can go to one of the Insiders message boards, then use
Google to do a Site Search for "MLB 2004 free agents". (If you don't
use the term MLB, you'll get all of the other professional sports.)

Here's the Insiders message board for the Cleveland Indians; a search
here will search all teams' message boards:
http://mb3.theinsiders.com/fclevelandindiansfrm1

Google search strategy:
2004 free agents MLB
