I am looking for books, papers, essays by public school educators
which argue the point of how public schools help kids develop
socially: socialization, social skills, social maturity, etc. I am
especially interested in materials that specifically counter the
arguments about this topic that come out of the home school movement.
So, an example of the ideal resource I'm looking for would be titled
something like: "A Public School Educator's response to the Home
School Movement arguments against public school socialization". OR,
another example might be "How public schools help your child develop
socially". |
