Does the UK company EDEN still make the Marc Brown "Arthur" and friends plush dolls?

No, I'm sorry to report that Eden no longer makes Arthur & Friends plush dolls.

The license to make Arthur plush toys moved from Eden to a company
called Crocodile Creek in 2001.

You not only answered my question, but gave me some avenues to go to
for further information. Eden made the best Arthur plush dolls and it
is sad that Eden is now defunct.  I have seen some of the newer Arther
plush dolls and they are nowhere as good.  I thought maybe Eden was
still making them, but not for the U.S. market.  I have heard of
Crocodile Creek and if they have made some of the new Arthur plush
dolls I have seen then they need to learn a thing or two.
