I am starting up a vacation home rental business in the area of
Vancouver BC (I don't know if that is relevent or not) and would like
to find a great web-hosting company for the least amount of dollars. I
prefer that the company is canadian. I do not understand the services
provided by web-hosting companies and so would go by your
recommendation.

from my research I found the following companies:

1. http://www.1st-in-web-hosting.com/canadian-web-hosting.html (so far
I think this is reasonably cheap)

2.http://www.sibername.com/domainregistration.html (some how cheap but
offer more extra services)

3.http://www.web-hosting-report.com/ (You can select canada at he
bottom link to read more)

4. http://www.webserve.ca/ (you really need to check on this one....is
also 100% Canadian owned and operated in Canada)

5. http://www.elephanthost.com/ (would also recommend alook)
