Can you provide information about a 20th Century artist (painter)

Can you provide information about a 20th Century artist (painter)

Dear Steve,

There is a lot of information on the second artist you've mentioned,
but I have found no sources on the first one, a.k.a Valencin, the
Venice painter.

Could you tell me please more what (and how) you know about the first artist?

Regarding the second one - do you know what styles he paints/painted
in? Could you date it more accurately as "20th century" (beginning,
middle, end?) This is only to make sure that we're talking about the
same guy.

In case you would like answers to both questions, and in case I will
not be able to provide you with information after you gave me more
details on the first Valencin, I suggest you'll separarte this
question into two different listings (questions), in order for you to
receive information from another Researcher, who might find the Venice
painter.

Unfortunately I don't know more about Valencin. He sold paintings in
the United States in the early 1960s I believe, at a gallery in
Carmel, California. Those which I have seen a scenes painted in
Venice, Italy.
