Dear pinkfreud-ga: Example: Very white skin 22 years old girl to have
rhinoplasty all from the inside-no skin incisions-;has has before 
several small keloids when having minor surgery skin like moles
removal.The question wiil be same as you mentioned;estimates in
similar patients,some description of cases and well known ways of
prevention,or trying,at laest, not to have keloids inside the nose.
