I keep staying up too late. Bad habit. I'd like my computer to help
me. I want it to automatically disable the keyboard and mouse during
hours when I should be sleeping. Is there a program out there that
will do that for me?

It shouldn't be a program that requires me to manually run it every
night in order to freeze the computer. If I had the willpower to do
that, I would just press the off button.

I'm running windows XP.

WOW I never knew there was anything like this out there!!! I'm going
to try this myself as I tend to stay on-line waaaaaaaaaay to late on
work nights.

I have developed an application that can shutdown or reboot your pc at
perticular time so you can give it time for a once and every night it
will shutdown your PC for you

What do you think about this idea

Though I must add... staying up late on the computer IS living...
everything else just prepares us for those times, by either resting up
for it or paying for it. To limit late-night computer time is to
diminish the worthiness of life itself. Kinda.
