Greetings, grc!
I am not posting this as an Answer, because I do not think that you
will find anything other than "sure, you can get indexed, and here's
how!" satisfactory.
This site is what I call a "shell" website -- it contains no actual
content, it is just a search engine designed to generate referral
commissions.
When Google was first developed, one of the main goals was to provide
a search engine that would provide the **best, objective** results for
people seeking information on the web -- in other words, the sites
that would provide them with the information they were seeking. "Best"
and "objective" are determined by a secret, complex algorithm which
primarily, among other things, looks at content.
Google was not designed to be an advertising vehicle for companies. In
fact, one of the main original principles of the founders of Google --
which is still in practice today -- is that placement in Search
Results would NEVER be sold to the highest bidder. While sites can buy
little Ads on the right-hand side of the page, the results on the
left-hand side remain unmanipulated by human hands.
It is extremely likely that the Googlebot is ignoring your site
because it has decided that there is no useful content there. It may
even be possible that your site has been placed on a "blacklist"
(although no one knows for sure, since details about how Google's
Search Results Rankings are determined have never been disclosed).
Probably the only way that your site can get indexed -- with any kind
of prominence -- is if you rewrite it to contain a lot of good,
original content (it is believed that the Googlebot recognizes
duplicate text across sites, and downgrades them accordingly), and
then you write to Google requesting that they "un-ban" your site
(which they may or may not be willing to do).
