Hi...I have two streaming questions that I hope someone can help me
out with. I need the answers quickly so I'm a bit desperate...if
someone can help I'd appreciate it! Here they are:

1. A customer calls a web streaming business because she's trying to
play a video and there's no picture, only sound. Normally, she can
play video, what's happening?"

State what is most likely the core problem. List as many possible
reasons why this might be happening.

2. Another customer calls and says, ?I just received the set up e-mail
for my Windows Media live streaming account. I clicked on the link and
nothing is happening, the player just sits there and says it is
connecting but my live stream never works.?

List as many possibilities as you can think of as to why this might be
happening (this particular streaming service does not support live
push to their Windows Media Servers).
