I would like to offer college students part time jobs while they are
studying.
Where can I find a listing of all university job boards for their
students throughout the nation? And how would I be able to post the
job offerings online at all the colleges?

Hello !

I looked into your questions and found several site that will post
your job offerings to Universities but they all charge a fee. Since
you don't specify if you are willing to pay a fee for this I will list
some them.

http://www.collegejobboard.com/ that will post your offer to 4,863
Colleges, Universities and Graduate Schools. They publish their rates.

http://www.ccollegejobs.com/ will post your offer at Community
Colleges (they don't specify how many colleges they will reach. They
publish their rates.

http://www.collegerecruiter.com/ they don't publish their rates, you
have to request them by mail

I found these places with a google search for "college job board",
there are more of these sites, I picked those that seemed to better
answer your need.

I wasn't able to find a site that will let you post your job to all
colleges for free (and the fact that all these services are fee based
makes me think that there is no "free" solution to your question)

The closest I could get was to find a page with a list to more than
3000 links to Universities home pages, the site is
http://www.mit.edu:8001/people/cdemello/univ.html
but you will have to go and post your offer to each one of them.

I am sorry not to have better news, let me know if you need any more
clarification

If I were to go to each university's homepage, where would I find the
link to post jobs? Additionally, is there a site which has a link
specifically to each University's online job posting page? Any
clarification would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello ratan-ga

I will try to answer to each of your clarification questions
Q: "If I were to go to each university's homepage, where would I find
the
link to post jobs?"

A: This is quite a difficult task, you will have to start from the
home page of each university and see if it contains a link to the job
posting board. This link may not be a direct link. The link could be
labeled anything from "Student Life" to "Career Services" to "Student
board" and so on. You might have to navigate through several links
before reaching the right one. To complicate the matter even more,
some sites require you to be registered to post or even view the job
board.
Some universities also do not give access to their internal student
board to the general public, those boards are only accessible through
the internal intranet so you might not find any link by navigating the
university home page.

An easier way to find links directly to the university job posting
sites is to make a google search for "College Job Posting" or
"University Job Posting".
I tried and it returned me several job posting boards links at several
universities but certainly not all the university throughout the
nation.

Q: Is there a site which has a link specifically to each University's
online job posting page?

A: I spent a fair amount of time searching for such a site and I
couldn't find it. I also think that it is highly improbable that such
site exists. Such a site would be very hard to maintain (universities
change their web sites constantly so any links might work today but
not tomorrow). Also if there was such a site, places like
collegeboard.com or ccollegejobs.com would have a hard time selling
their services since the job could be posted for free at all the
universities.

My suggestion is to use one of the online services that I mentioned in
my first answer.
http://www.collegejobboard.com/ for example will charge
$295 to post a job for all 6,570 Colleges, Universities and Graduate
Schools.

Different service sites have different rates but this seems to be the
one with the biggest school audience.

If you need further clarification don't hesitate to ask
