What are the top ten grossing French Films of all time?

It would help me (and possibly other researchers) to have a little
more information, such as:

1. For your purposes, would a "French film" include only
French-language films, or would it include, for example, an
Italian-language film that is co-produced with an Italian production
company?

2. Are you interested in worldwide gross revenues or in gross revenues
of these French films in the U.S.?  (I am not a film-business expert,
but I suspect that the list may well be the same in both cases, but
the latter list would be harder to find, at least for those of us who
don't speak French.)
