explorer has caused an error in 7976817168.tmp HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS SCREEN??? Have tried PC Bug Doctor, Repair Mechanic, Norton, etc. It's STILL THERE. iF i SHUT IT, IT CLEARS MY WHOLE SCREEN... HELP!!! |

Try this: Reboot system Immediately open a command shell (Start, Run..., Command or MS-DOS). When the error occurs, click on the error popup to allow it to close explorer. You should still have the Command Shell. Type cd \windows\temp then press Enter Type del 7976817168.tmp then press Enter Reboot system again. Hope this helps. |
