Hi,
I would jsut like to clarify what exactly you require before I
research an answer for you. Do you want published papers supporting
or attacking the viability of retrograde extrapolation for BAC testing
(I havn't looked into it yet, but chances are there is at least some
research supporting each side)? Also, does this research have to
correlate at all with the specific views of these doctors (which would
probably be quite difficult, unless they are central figures in this
area of research and are cited a lot) or just any research into this
topic? Any specifics about these things would be very helpful. Thank
you, and I look forward to finding this information for you.

Anything contrary on Dr. George is what I am looking for. Did you get
my specific question with blood levels and elaspe time? 2
1/2hrs...blood drawn tested at .15 he says meaning when driving 2 1/2
hr earlier it must have been .19gm%
Secondly, is the science sound, what factors or variables throw it off
and make the calculations unreliable

Hi,
I've very sorry, but I spent a good amount of time researching this,
but really couldnt find anything significant. I should have said
something earlier, but other researchers should of course feel free to
go ahead and answer this. Sorry about the lack of communication....

regular google search brings up several opinions, I'm taking depo of
Dr. George of Tulane on June 30th. General criticism are absorbtion
variables of Wt., food intake, types of food, protein vs. starch,
birth control pills, exercise after ingestion, prior drinking habits,
tolerance...Why is this important? after her accident she gave 1staid
to friend, walked and carried friend 1 mile for help, appearred at ER
1 1/2 hrs later and ER nurse states AAOx3 with smell of ethol, 1 hr
after that police investigate and note slurred speech, coordination
impaired etc...But that's 2 1/2 hrs after accident, it appears that
absorbtion--intoxication is not evident at 1 1/2 hrs after accident,
only 2 1/2 hrs later. New Question may be whether blood sample was
stored incorrectly etc, than again that's another question..
I usually dance with the lady a bring to the dance. Please continue
your research...your ideas are appreciated...if no specific articles
about Dr. George that okay.
