The spelling of the name in your subject line is different from the
spelling of the name in the body of your question. Perhaps you should
clarify the exact spelling of the name for which you would like the
correct pronunciation.

The CMU Pronouncing Dictionary

http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/cgi-bin/cmudict?in=airlie&stress=-s

gives the pronunciation as

 EH1 R L IY0

The "1" means this syllable gets primary stress. The "0" at the end
means no stress. The IY is the "ee" sound in green. The word "early"
is pronounced
ER1 L IY0, and the word "air" is pronounced EH1 R. So I would say
this dictionary is telling you to pronounce it as the word "early"
with the first syllable replaced by "air".

There is a Place in the State of Queensland, Australia called "Airlie
Beach" and it is pronounced AIR LEE

Kind regards

Rossgmann, you capitalized both AIR and LEE; does this indicate that
the two syllables receive equal stress? (The CMU Pronouncing
Dictionary indicates the name should have its accent on the first
syllable.)

We had a neighborhood BBQ today, and my neighbor's daughter was there.
Her name is pronounced AIR-lee, and I asked her how she spells it,
and it is just as in your question -- Airlie.
