January of 2001.  The docket numbers are 1-99-3877WC & 1-99-3898WC.

I couldn't find the name of the attorney(s) that represented Matlock
however, I now know the published name of the Appeals Court Case and
the name and number of the case before it went to appeal. Finding your
answer will require some off-line contacts. If you like, as an answer,
I can tell you where to look and off-line who to contact in order to
find more documents related to this particular case, which will in all
probability, produce the name of plaintiff's counsel on those filings.
