It it true that after all they hype and promises about rebuilding the
trade towers that a sneeky current plan calls for a replacement that
has less CUBIC feet?

You my use a best estimate  of the "cubic feet"  (not square feet)
difference based on your research if exact measurements are not
available. Also your best estimate based on your eye ball scrutiny of
drawings or models will qualify for payment.

Please let the first paragraph of your answer reflect your findings as
you have so well done in the past. Thankyou McIsencraft

I surely hope the replacement will be puny, otherwise the terorists
will perceive that we replaced the chip they knocked off our shoulder
on 9-11. I don't want to see more people die in vain.   Neil
