Dear team,

I am a hospital pharmacist currently in the process of writing up a
thesis for a Master degree in Clinical Pharmacy Practice. Specifically
I am looking into the role of the clinical pharmacist as a facilitator
for junior doctors' prescribing. You have previously sent to me some
very useful references and web links on this subject - thank you.

I have been given some guidance on how to write a thesis, but I was
wondering whether you can direct me to some good websites where I can
download some published MSc thesis (as a working sample for my own
thesis). It does not have to be related to my specific subject,
however it should ideally be within the field of clinical pharmacy
practice.

Thank you so much

There is a site that allows you to preview a thesis at no charge, and
to download an entire thesis for a fee. Most of the material at the
site is at the PhD level, but there are a number of Master's Theses as
well.

For instance, theses pertaining to pharmacies include:

=====

The use of speech disfluency as an indicant of paradigm development in
pharmacy's academic subdisciplines
by Holmes, Erin Renee;, MS
DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY, 2003, 157 pages

=====

Characteristics and adoption patterns of faculty in the health
professions who integrate interdisciplinary education into teaching
and learning
by Morgan, Marlene Joy;, EdD
TEMPLE UNIVERSITY, 2003, 118 pages

=====

Or the mainstream type of PhD thesis:

A study of community pharmacy practice sites: Time, management and
patient care activities
by Gurney, Mary Kathleen;, PhD
THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - MADISON, 2003, 266 pages

==========

Do these look like the type of documents you would be interested in reviewing?

If so, you can preview the first 20 pages or so of any thesis at no
charge. To see the full document, however, you would have to pay an
additional fee for full access.

Let me know if you would like me to post information about accessing
this service as an answer to your question.

Thanks.
