Hi robint-ga,

I've found a wide variety of websites that offer templates and
checklists for project audits. My favorite is AuditNet, which
provides a wide variety of resources for auditors at
http://www.auditnet.org/asaw.htm . Especially interesting are the
quality checklist for audit reports (
http://www.auditnet.org/docs/reporting/qc-auditreports.htm ), the
finding development worksheet (
http://www.ci.san-jose.ca.us/auditor/Procedures/5-07G-1.html ), and
the quality assurance review forms ( http://www.racar.com/acua2.html
). The University of Washington Project Management team (
http://www.washington.edu/computing/pm/end/ ) offers a close-out
checklist ( http://www.washington.edu/computing/pm/end/closeout.html )
and a closure report
( http://www.washington.edu/computing/pm/end/closure.html ) that you
may find beneficial. MIT's Information Systems offers project
templates ( http://web.mit.edu/pm/templates.html ) including a project
report form ( http://web.mit.edu/pm/projreport.html ). Also give the
University of South Carolina Projects Office a glance at
http://csintranet.csd.sc.edu/cspo/ , especially the project closing
form found at ( http://csintranet.csd.sc.edu/cspo/projectclosing.pdf
). Lastly, ProjectConnections.com sports Templates & Checklists at
http://www.projectconnections.com/knowhow/template_list/ . You may be
particularly interested in documents concerning the delivery phase:
http://www.projectconnections.com/knowhow/template_list/phases/delivery.html
. ProjectConnections seems like a useful resource, but many documents
therein require a premium membership to view. This is free for a
month, but charged after that period. If you need further
clarification, please feel free to ask.

Good luck with future searches!
