Where do I find cheap die-cut vinyl in fingerpaint colors in the shape
of kids handprints?  I need them in a variety of kid colors for use on
a race car to look like kids used fingerpaints to put their hand
prints all over the car.  I've seen hand prints like these on the
Indiana license plate.  I need about 25 pairs.  About 10 pairs of kids
footprints in kid colors would be good too.
