Our company started as a small family run business, but has grown into a small-medium business that now has salaried employees. What would be considered reasonable expectations of number of hours these employees should work, should they be expected to work holidays if they are behind on assignments, etc. Looking for examples of actual salaried employees hours, expectations etc. at different companies. Our salaried employees received salaries from $22 K - $40 K /year + full health benefits, vacation etc. in a retail ecommerce environment. | |
