I did some searching on WorldCat for all visual materials (including
videos) with the keywords "baseball glove" and couldn't find anything
relevant.
Though this isn't a video, it appears to be one of the few items in
print that might (or not) be of use:

How Products are Made: an Illustrated Guide to Product Manufacturing
Reference TS146.H67 in 6 volumes
Use the index in volume 6 to find out which volume has your product.
The text includes background, history, raw materials, design,
manufacturing process, quality control, byproducts, the future, and
where to learn more. Great diagrams too!
Here is sampling of products in the set:
Volume 1: air bag, baseball glove, compact disc player, laser guided
missile, optical fiber, running shoe
Volume 2: baseball bat, diamond, in-line skate, integrated circuit,
neon sign, ski, zinc
Volume 3: animation, CAT scanner, hologram, magnetic resonance
imaging, nicotine patch, solar heating system.
Good luck in your search and to any researcher who can get you the
answer you want!
