I just emailed the publisher inquiring about this.  I assume that if
they don't put out an answers manual, no one does.

Andrew, you are correct, th epublisher is the only one that would put
out the solution manual, but I had a hard time getting the appropirate
link for Lewis Publishers, Inc. This is the publisher that put out the
book. I am not sure if they put a manual out or not, please let me
know if you find out. Thanks a bunch
