I need the Latin for the following statement: "F_ _ k you and your
legislation too." I believe that this could be told to one man, one
woman or several men. This may require three versions. I will take a
stab, knowing I will need help, because remember, "There is nothing so
gratifying than to edit someone else's work."
(plural) Futuite vos etia (futuite) legis vestras.
(singular, masculine) Futuere tu etia (futuere) te legis.
(singular, feminine) Futuas tu etia (futuas) te legis.

I have placed the second, repeated verb in parentheses. I don't know
if this is necessary and can it be implied in Latin, as it could be in
English?

I would put the verb in the subjunctive (1st person)

Futueam te et tuum legem. (m/f)
Futueam vos et vestrum legem. (pl)

There is some conjecture about what F**k you really means, but my
feeling is strong that the implication is: "I f**k you." q.v. Carl
Sagan's "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors".

There's a nice page on forming the subjunctive here:

And you can learn about the uses of the subjunctive here
