I need to have a Circuit that delivers a quazi-trapezoidal waveform
that is used to stimulate the nerves. the waveform details are as
follows:

1) amplititude: 1200 micro-amps

2) pulse width :  500 micro seconds

3)  frequency  : 20 hz

4)  exp.decay will be like 200 micro seconds

There are many types of equiment that could likely generate this type
of signal, are you looking for places to buy such equiment?  Or for a
schematic of this type of signal generator, such that you could build
your own?

Iam trying to build by my own..if the circuit is clear, i shall make
necessary changes to my present one and build it on my bread
board..and morover i have to try to put in some software to get some
simulations..

wavefunction. You need to choose appropriate circuit elements in order
to satisfy the specifications.
