what is the best map service to integrate in a .net based application?
I require maps for postcodes in the UK and South Africa ideally I
would be able download a map and then send copies to multiple users.
The  system should be able to give maps with multiple destinations
also produce plot maps showing locations I am aware of Microsoft
mapiont and Streetmap just need somebody will give me ideally a
pay-as-you-go account.  A list of possible service providers and
prices is ideally what is required any more information is
appreciated. I have programmers able to work on the implementation and
interface.
