My wife and I are currently on the path for a legal seperation but have not signed the actual paperwork yet. We have been working out our differences in the hope we may reconcile with in the year. I know that once we signt he agreement we must not live in the same household for a year or more to meet its requirements in New York. I would like to know that if my wife and I were to have sexual intercorse during this year would the legal seperation be null and void as far as New York State goes?? |
