For use at a marriage seminar, I need a game the 25 couples can play,
or perhaps that a few volunteer couples can play as entertainment for
the rest of the group. Looking for good clean fun, nothing too
embarrassing or risque.

Here are some cute, clean "couples" games:

Are these the kinds of games you had in mind?

Good question. I am looking for something that would not simply be
fun, but also would have some educational content or could be used to
make a point or learn a lesson. Thanks!

Does the seminar have any particular religious or spiritual orientation?

A friend of mine attended a couples' weekend sponsored by her church.
She says that one of the things she and her husband enjoyed was a game
in which each person made an acronym of his or her partner's first
name, using words that describe the person. So the name "John" could
be "Joyful, Outspoken, Humorous, Neighborly."

Is that kind of game in line with what you're seeking?
