I am interested in a detailed outline of the necessary steps to go
through to value different assets of a business. For example, what is
the correct methodology to use to value an asset? Then, what are the key
metrics you need to know in order to value that asset? How do you
incorporate future perfomance of that asset into its valuation (future
cash flows, etc.)
