Several years ago, I registered my children's school as
www.cis.pvt.k12.ca.us.  Since then, the school's name and website have
changed, but there are a few dangling links that still point to the
old domain.  However, I can't find the domain administrator for the
pvt.k12.ca.us domain to update our DNS record.  I've not been able to
get responses from csu.net (domain manager for k12.ca.us - maybe) or
neustar.us (domain manager for ca.us)

I recently sent email to dnsmgr@csu.net and got no reply.  I tried
contacting neustar a long time ago and don't remember what or if they
replied.  I have not been able to find any online entry for the owner
or domain administrator for pvt.k12.ca.us

Okay, Steve, I think we're going to be able to get the DNS pointers
straightened around for you, one way or another!

Here is the primary contact information for Neustar from a search of
the records on ICANN's site (ICANN is the organization which oversees
the administration of all World Wide Web registries):

So the first thing you should try is to immediately send an e-mail to
support.us@neustar.us
explaining that you need your DNS pointer for the
http://www.cis.pvt.k12.ca.us address changed to point to
http://www.bowmanschool.org .

If you don't receive a response from them by the end of the week, then

Interesting, so siomebody thought that a personal page would be a good
use of the school's old address.  The domain registrar has nothing to
do with links to your page.  That is the responsibility of the sites
linking to it.

I'm not worried about the links to the page.  Nor do I care about the
current content.  I want to change the DNS entry so that it points to
the correct IP address, but to do that, I have to contact whoever
controls the domain/DNS for pvt.k12.ca.us.
