I also own a Fujifilm camera which I have been very impressed with as
I was with the helpfulness of the Fujifilm staff when I contacted
them.  The Fujifilm helpdesk can be contacted via the following

It is primarily an email helpdesk but my experience showed they were
reasonably quick in responding.
