I'm looking to set up my own over-the-counter café shop, where people
can come in and order drinks here in the UK.

I'm looking for a Web blog or some sort of free guide online that
shows you the experiences of someone else that has done this, along
with prices -- for example, how much it cost to fit out the shop, etc.
