waltwright2003,

There is not a database to hold every model number of every
distributor in the HVAC field. We can help you locate your information
if you list the make and model numbers you have. I wish we could point
you to a comprehensive search database, it would make everyone's life
much easier, but alas, there is no master list in 99% of these cases.

Hello again, I'm still trying to get some information for you,
however, I wanted to let you know this piece of the story. According
to:
Bill T.
Sears Customer Care
webcenter@sears.com
1-800-349-4358

"We regret that the age of a Sears Gas Forced Air
Furnance: Model# 867.765240 and Mfr# 603702 predates the use of SEER
ratings. No such data is available"

So, that information is not available.

If I get the answer to other part of your question, since the SEER #
does not exist for the Sears model, would it be ok, or for another
reseacher, if they can find that information on the Arcoaire unit to
post just that as an answer?

Thank you,
Nenna-GA

Hello again, I have your answer for both products.

As I mentioned previously, According to:
Bill T.
Sears Customer Care
webcenter@sears.com
1-800-349-4358

"We regret that the age of a Sears Gas Forced Air
Furnance: Model# 867.765240 and Mfr# 603702 predates the use of SEER
ratings. No such data is available"

So, that information does not exist, as I mentioned before.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

For the Arcoaire model HAC230AKA5 that you mentioned, I spoke with a
Arcoaire distributor:
Gustave A Larson CO.
Omaha NE (68127)
Phone: (402)331-9091.

They stated that the unit you asked about had a shipping weight of 134
lbs and had a 2 and 1/2 ton capacity weight. They said you were
welcome to contact them directly with any further questions.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for your patience while I pulled tpogether the parts of your
question for an answer, and, as always If this answer requires further
explanation, please request clarification before rating it, and I'll
be happy to look into this further.
