HTML to PDF converter needed as an ActiveX/COM+ component (for VB/ASP)
that successfully renders high quality PDF documents from preformed
HTML pages with the following characteristics
-complex HTML
-full CSS
-SVG (Optional)
-images (PNG/JPG)

Should be able to set resolutions and "save destination".

If you install a full version of adobe Acrobat, then you will get a
virtual printer. You can simply print the html document to it and you
will get a pdf file.
Also, if you are on Linux platform, the converting html to pdf is easy and free.
