I have a beach home.  I want to install glass partitions between the
lawn and the beach, with pushbutton outdoor privacy shades on the
house side of the glass (with the push of a button, the shades are up,
another push they go down).  Electrochromic glass would work but it is
too expensive(LCD glass turns opaque at the push of a button).  A
manual shade (like a house shade) would work but it needs to be
motorized and stainless steel (its' on the beach.  The last option
would be cheap, and I could use outdoor fabric.  A blind that stays in
place but rotates I do not like.  I need both the idea that is robust
enough to survive in salt air, and the source to buy it already made.
