Yes, a Lien affects one only. There is not need to advice the other owner becaseu they lose nothing. It may be that only one owener has an fiancial obligation. Therefore, the other owner is free to take their full share through sale but the lien prevents that from happening without the knowledge of the creditor. The lient will not usually take up more than the debtors share. Its no big deal. |

I have negotiated code violations with the city of Tampa down substantially. If you have to pay, offer 10% and start bargaining. Something is better than nothing to a city. I wish I had dealt with st pete before, but I have not. Best wishes. |
