Hello, I found an old curve specification on an architectural document
giving the following data: rad (in feet), arc (ft.), delta (degrees),
tang (ft.), and chd (ft.).  How do I interpret these to create the
same curve with a computer, specifically with AutoCAD?  Thank you.
