I'm having difficulty configuring an HP 3700N printer so that only
specific ip #'s can print to it on a tcp/ip network.

Using the web interface, I've gone to the "Access Control" tab and
entered a few ip #'s.  Problem is that ip #'s that I have not entered
are still able to print to the device, even after I've recycled the
power.
