I can not save  my files a meessage error pops up saqying they are
sendingan error report to Microsft. I click on a link on that and it
says the problem is:
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 10.0.4219.0 ModName: hpzntp04.dll.
What do I do. I have windows 2000

ModVer: 2.80.0.0 Offset: 0001fdc3

Couple of questions for clarification.
1. Did you recently install any printer (e.g HP)?
2. Did you make any changes to the default printer settings?

Yes I recently changed my default printer
