Hello,

I run a apartment rentals web site where people can place ads or look
for apartment rentals anywhere in the world. To expand my list of ads,
I would like a way to contact as many landlords as possible, starting
in the US and Canada.. and eventually moving on to Europe, and
Australia, etc.

My question is where can I get emails or faxes of landlords or real
estate agencies for the U.S. and or Canada?

Basically what I need is list of emails/faxes of people who own one or
more property(ies) to be rent out (like a landlord) anywhere in the
U.S. or Canada.

OR

a way to BULK contact them all at once...
