I'm looking for specific OSHA or other government regulations that
deal with worker safety in biotech facilities generally or "clean
rooms" specifically. I've been told that the Code of Federal
Regulations governs some of this and OSHA's regs are also online, but
I'm having trouble finding SPECIFIC regulations that deal with laws
regarding work safety in these facilities.

A complete answer should include a listing of relevant sections of the
law or regulations that deal with these issues, along with links to
finding them on the web.
