I am looking for a kitchen incubator or other commercial shared
kitchen space in the Washington DC metro area (DC/Northern
Virginia/Montgomery or PG County Maryland). I'm looking to start a
small bakery business (for instance, selling baked goods at farmer
markets). Regulations prohibit using your own home kitchen for
creating commercial food products, and buying or leasing a
commercial/restaurant kitchen is way too big for the scale I want to
start at.

Are church/synagogue kitchens approved for commercial use?? This is
not essential but might be a plus, I'd be interested if there are any
Kosher shared kitchens. While I'm not Jewish, my "day job" is with a
Jewish organization and it would help with "word of mouth" sales if my
bakery goods were Kosher.

I'd like any details available about availability, pricing, hours,
what is included with the kitchen rental (i.e. storage, equipment,
freezer space).

Thank you!

I haven't found anything yet. Someone suggested checking with local
churches or cheking out the classified ads in local papers.
