Hello alexukie-ga:

It's impossible for researchers to say which are the absolute "best."

The following facilities all appear to be very reputable, and
repeatedly came up during my search, including such directories as:

The Health Encyclopedia:
http://www.healthcyclopedia.com/endocrine-disorders/pancreas/diabetes/facilities.html

And in Google's directory of health facilities for diabetes and other
endocrine diseases:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Health/Conditions_and_Diseases/Endocrine_Disorders/Pancreas/Diabetes/Facilities/

As for ranking them, only you can decide which program is best suited
to your needs.
