Software Development company in the North West of England (near
Chester in Chesire)

The company would appear to go by one of two names:

or

So the number appears to be correct ... but if Mr. Hagan simply
refuses to respond (which would be, by the way, a strange way of
behavior for a businessman - as is keeping the business physical
address a secret) things get really complicated...
