How many DVD copies of The Matrix 2, Matrix 3 and Lord of the Rings 2
have been sold in North America (or the U.S.) to date?  If the numbers
you find include copies sold to Blockbuster, Hollywood Entertainment,
etc for rental purposes, please state this.
Looking for a rough idea on volume of shipments as opposed to sales
$s.  I think Nielsen or Hollywood Reporter or other similar places
might have this kind of info.
