Think I got "blacklisted" by google search

When I put new site, http://clearcanes.com up, and still had
http://acrylicparts.com with simular content.
Have since taken simular content from acrylicparts.com and put up the
code for no robots on the acrylicparts page that had canes for sale,
because that simular content was taken off 5 months ago, and was that
page was still listed on google even though it had no content or
title.

Guess this is another, "take a look at my site, and what can I do to
increase my page rank" etc.
question.
Had a 4 or 5 PR on acrylicparts for about 5 years--now it's 0.
Had a 3 or 4 on clearcanes when I started it, about 5 months ago--now
it's a 0 or 1.
Not concered what happens to acrylicparts, just want clearcanes to
stand on it's own.
Any suggestions as to content, tags, keywords, etc. would be appreciated.
I've read the google guidelines, just need an outsiders advice.
