Hello, 

I need an accurate list of free PHP hosting services that have mySQL
and lib curl support. There are lots of free hosters but there are a
mix of some that are not free but just represent themselves as free.

I have seen the so-called directories, but they are mostly inaccurate.
 Please don't bother me with these.

How about just two or three hosters with PHP and Lib Curl? Could be
free or just reasonable monthly.

For a Researcher to compile such a list is likely to take quite a bit
of time. At your current price, the Researcher who answers your
question will receive only $1.50 for his or her labors. I suggest that
you consider raising the price considerably.
