Help me!  My hands hurt!

Please create an Excel spreadsheet containing contact info for the
agencies appearing on pages 45 through 49 in the PDF located at the
following URL:

http://www.nyserda.org/execorder111finalreport7-03.pdf

The fields that I need to have are:

-Company name
-Phone number (important!)
-Address1
-Address2 (if any)
-City
-State
-Zip

If you use addressgrabber, it will help.  A trial addressgrabber is
located at the following URL:

http://www.egrabber.com/addressgrabberbusiness/trial.htm

Remember to use Google's "I'm feeling lucky" when you search for a company name.  

I don't think this should take you too long, and if you get really
stuck on one forget it, just leave the compnay name.  I'm not a hard
grader.

I dont know if researchers can transfer files....
