I have an online English learning website in china, we have several
different categories for our online articles section. I.E, Business,
Language learning tips, Entertainment, Issues relating to China. What
we do now is we go out and look for the articles by hand and then post
them on our website, paraphrase them in Chinese, and then offer a
couple of language tips and links to related articles. This doesn't
take into account copyright concerns, and it is terribly inefficient
as we surf all day long on the internet.

My idea is this, have the information come to us, and have the
copyright concerns taking care of by prior agreement. So, what I
think i need to do this, but if you have a better idea, I'm open to
your suggestion.

I would like a list of major news providers or other websites that
have articles, concerning the afore mentioned topics. Hopefully, this
list would include small, medium, and large organizations. Also, I
need the contact information, email address, and name for the person
whom I would need to speak to concerning the copyright issue. Thirdly,
I would hope that these organizations would have opt-in mailing lists,
newsletters, or some kind of article delivery service so that i could
recieve a variety of articles by email everyday, and in different
categories.

Please feel free to ask for clarification. I would be pleased to give
a high evaluation for your efforts. I hope that the price is enough,
we have a free site, and we work on a Chinese budget.

If a researcher believes this question is too difficult, or would like
more money added as a tip, I would be happy to add a little money,
thanks.

I looked at the original question and found that it was too difficult
to understand, so I reworded it to make it clearer

Currently we have an English language learning website in China. We
are trying to find articles to post on our website that are arranged
according to several different categories. I.E., English Language
learning tips, business (especially related to china), Entertainment,
science technology and etc. We must have copyright permission to
repost the materials on our website, and possibly paraphrase or
translate them in Chinese. So, we would also need the contact
information for the person within the news agency, newspaper,
magazine, or E-zine to secure copyright permission. Secondly, we
would need to know if these news agencies have a news delivery service
such as opt-in email mailing lists or newsletters, so that our
employees don?t have to go out and search for the articles. Our goal
in the end is to have secured copyright permission from a list of
suppliers, and to have the info/articles delivered by mail or other
electronic means.

We would like to have a list of at least 50 large, medium, and small
agencies that could provide news/articles and their contact emails and
phone numbers to the department concerning copyrights. Specifically
it would be best if the agencies covered (English language learning,
business, and entertainment). They must not be other English learning
websites. Please feel free to ask for clarification. Also, I will
give a high evaluation for your efforts. Thank you.
